Opera Unbound presents
Spectral Songs & Vengeful Voices
A genre-defying afternoon of music and poetry.
Wander through longing, heartbreak, rage, and otherworldly beauty.
From haunting spirituals to fiery operatic arias, torch songs to original poetry, this performance brings together women’s voices across centuries and styles, shaped by memory, myth, and musical power.
This concert explores voices that linger – through grief, longing, madness, and revenge. Featuring music by Clara Schumann, Donizetti, Verdi, Mozart, and contemporary jazz and theatre repertoire, this program traces a journey through love lost, rage ignited, and spirits that won’t be silenced.
A spellbinding afternoon for lovers of dramatic music in all forms.
